What Staybl Base does

Staybl Base sources, renovates, and facilitates compliance-ready residential properties and leases them to qualified care-home operators, and offers related new-construction housing. Staybl Base does not own, manage, or operate care facilities, and does not provide care services.

Submitting a prequalification, early-access request, or any other form is an expression of interest only. It is not an application approval, a lease, an offer, a reservation, or a guarantee of any property, placement, financing, licensing outcome, or availability. Property availability, terms, and eligibility are determined separately and may change at any time.
